The MAY-18 Axis is an intelligent, flexible bending center. Representing the state-of-the-art machine tool design, this series has three axes and three motors, enabling it to perform a wide variety of intricate shaping tasks.

The MAY-18 Axis can shape a variety of flat or special shapes of work pieces, including mesh, corrugated, or hollow aspects, and it can do this quickly. CNC control allows for the deflection compensation to be easily adjusted, resulting in higher thickness bending panels and faster bending speeds.

Moreover, the upper press tooling system uses a fast release and fast installation type, allowing for the creation of even more intricate shapes. This efficient and flexible system allows for a multitude of shaping applications.

Features:

The feeding method of this device is pressing arm and it is positioned by Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools. It has 18 standard axes.
