The Metal Flexible Bending Center is a high precision fully automated CNC bending machine featuring 13-64 axis EtherCAT control. This automatic panel bender performs 4-side bending for sheet metal cabinet applications.

The fully automatic panel bending center independently developed by D.K.Histron revolutionizes traditional bending methods. It offers significant advantages including high precision, high efficiency, low cost, and enhanced safety.

The Flexible Bending Center utilizes universal tooling to bend sheet metal into various complex shapes including 90-degree angles, non-90-degree angles, circular arcs, positive/negative forms, steps, hemming and other intricate configurations. This advanced system addresses complex sheet metal forming challenges through multi-axis concurrent linkage, automating operations while reducing dependence on molds and labor.
