The bending center control system employs a top-level computer numerical control (CNC) system integrated with motion control cards. The CNC system features an intuitive human-machine interface and supports graphical programming. With exceptional position calculation capabilities, it significantly enhances production efficiency and precision in automated manufacturing.

The interface is simple and easy to learn, with excellent human-computer interaction designed for efficient operation and minimal training requirements.

Custom height versions serve specialized applications including deep-drawn components, tall-flange enclosures, architectural features requiring extended bends, medical equipment with unusual geometries, and custom fabrication projects where standard height is insufficient.

Typically processes carbon sheet, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, and galvanized sheet materials for diverse manufacturing requirements.

Complete pre-start checks including vacuum and safety systems. Power up and allow initialization. Select manual or auto mode based on operational needs. For new parts, use the programming wizard. Load material and verify suction. Start the cycle and observe operation. Check finished parts for quality. Shut down and clean after use.
