Custom height versions serve specialized applications including deep-drawn components, tall-flange enclosures, architectural features requiring extended bends, medical equipment with unusual geometries, and custom fabrication projects where standard height is insufficient.
Complete pre-start checks, including vacuum and safety systems. Power up and allow initialization. Select manual or auto mode based on your needs. For new parts, use the programming wizard. Load material and verify suction. Start the cycle and observe operation. Check finished parts for quality. Shut down and clean after use.
- Stay within rated material thickness limits.
- Keep suction cups clean and functional.
- Do not override safety devices.
- Follow the maintenance schedule diligently.
- Train operators thoroughly.
- Document issues for service support.
The bending center control system employs a top-level computer numerical control (CNC) system integrated with motion control cards. The CNC system features an intuitive human-machine interface and supports graphical programming. With exceptional position calculation capabilities, it significantly enhances production efficiency and precision in automated manufacturing. The motion control cards support 24-axis operation, with an expandable capacity up to 64 axes, and utilize EtherCAT bus control for high-precision motion control.
Beneath that simplicity, the control does serious work: it stores bend-compensation and K-factor data, monitors gantry torque and position errors live, runs a three-axis automatic positioning that chooses the loading method by itself, and locks out die interference before a bad move. 3D animation simulates the bend, and 2D/3D drawing import and editing cover the way most sheet shops actually work.
The bus-based motion control refreshes quickly and supports up to 64 axes with linear and arc interpolation, which is why the HC-F1600 feels crisp at 0.2 s per bend and why it interfaces so cleanly to robotic and truss automation. The software is upgradeable remotely, and the compensation memory means a proven part stays proven. That is the difference between a press brake you tune every Monday and a bending center that just repeats.
The interface is simple and easy to learn, with good human-computer interaction.
